Recruiter

Pinnacle Search Professionals is a Burlington, VT- based recruiting company. As a leader in our industry, Pinnacle will be awesome for your career.  We place corporate professionals nationally and need a self-starter to work as a Recruiter (Sales-oriented).

As a Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to make a substantial impact with every contact you make. We have all the tools and training for you to be successful.

What qualities should you have? A positive attitude, bright, ask questions along the way, feel confident in your ability to learn, and have a strong desire to succeed. Additionally, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong time management and organizational skills. A 4-year degree or equivalent workforce experience (two or more years of business-to-business sales, or sales experience). Salary and Commission $60,000-$125,000 yearly income in your first year.

Executive Assistant

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the office, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you have previous experience as an Administrative or Executive administrative assistant, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Internet research and database maintenance
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Potential to support recruiting functions, including making outgoing calls, setting up interviews and improving process flow for the office.

We would love someone who can grow with our office, but not a requirement. Hours are F/T 9:30-5:30 Starting salary $40,000-$50,000.

  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
